This is a great, inexpensive place for beginners and families! We could have snowboarded here for a week and spent less than we did in one day at Vail. Everybody from the visitors to the employees were nice and much more laid back creating a comfortable, family friendly environment.
Ski Cooper is one of the last resorts where a family can go once or twice a year. We love it for our kids who are still beginners and everyone is always very friendly. Ski Cooper never disappoints! The terrain is excellent for my nephews who are just learning to tear it up on their boards. I luv a laid back easy day in the sun at Ski Cooper! It was great for a beginner.
I am a beginner so I am not sure if falling down every single time is normal. My 8 year old picked it up quickly and was like a professional and this was also his first time. So, there you have it.
No knowledge of skiing but we still had a great time. My family goes to ski cooper all of the time. It is less expensive than Copper and I think it has an amazing ski program for our kids.
